Only 5 steps to your Custom Build...

Step 1 Choose a body shape

RG-T & RG-S are available in Ash, Ash with flame maple veneer or Paulownia (super light wood)
RG-C is available in mahogany body with flame maple veneer or Paulownia

NOTE: Other body shapes may be considered if you have a special requirement - message me

Step 2 Choose a body colour/finish

Radar Guitars only use UK sourced water-based wood staining to achieve results where the wood grain is the hero! These stains are then sealed using Tru-Oil and finishing wax, either buffed to a shine or satin finish. Let me know your colour choices!

Step 3 Choose your hardware

Radar Guitars highly recommend Wilkinson Hardware. Wilkinson offer a range of hardware that is exceptional quality and won’t break the bank! However if you prefer other brands then that's cool!

The type of hardware finish will depend on the guitar finish and vibe you’re after. Black, Chrome or gold, depends on the colour finish! We will advise accordingly but it’s up to you!

Step 4 Choose the pickups

We can fit any pickups you prefer into your custom build. We would highly recommend Warman Pickups, with a choice of Humbuckers & single coils at various power outputs and specs.

Step 5 The finishing touches!

As we build your Custom Guitar, we will keep you updated with progress.
Once finished we will do a Premium setup using 10-52 strings. If you have a preferred string manufacturer, we are happy to source them or you can provide them. If not, we use Olympic 10-52s nickel strings which feel great.

All custom builds are fully tested before customer hand over

When costing a Custom Build guitar there are a lot of considerations. For instance if you want to provide your own hardware or pickups the final price will be adjusted to reflect this. This makes each instrument unique.
